Our concept is very clear: BRUNCH!
This means breakfast, lunch and everything in between.
Expect a menu filled with local produce that was delivered in the morning and prepped and cooked on your plate 2 hours later.
I’m talking eggs that are still a bit warm because a few hours ago they were still sitting in a very comfy space 😉
A crooked cucumber because cucumbers are just crooked when they are organically produced and don’t have to follow EU regulation to get sold in a big supermarket.
A zucchini that still has some birdshit stuck to it.

Of course you can expect some cleaning up of the products 😜 before we turn them into a well balanced, very tasteful and perfectly seasoned brunch.
PS: if you wanna have avocado’s or croissants, there are plenty of other places around the city
